You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and seals must be intact
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless defective
Defective Products
If a product is defective, the 30-day return policy applies regardless of seal status. Defective products are eligible for return and full refund even if opened. Please contact us with photos showing the defect.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Final Sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)
- Opened beauty products without defect claims (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
Free Return Shipping
We offer free returns for all eligible returns. A prepaid return label will be provided via email. No restocking fees.

Refund Timing
Once your return is delivered to our address, we will inspect the item and initiate your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (the same credit card, debit card, or PayPal account used for the purchase). Your financial institution may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.
Partial Refunds
May apply if an item is used without a valid defect claim, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.
Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
