Prices appear in US Dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. While we reserve the right to adjust prices, the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payment details are processed securely. The charge occurs at the time you place the order.
Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping applies to all orders with no minimum purchase. All items ship free to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Processing requires 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit requires 3 to 5 business days after shipment (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping is free. Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of return delivery. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Opened beauty products without valid defect claims are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Order Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placement by emailing info@caudaliie.it.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it; however, you can return the package for a full refund after delivery using our free return process.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
